Excited for October 2012

There are so many FANTASTIC books coming out in October! Definitely going to break the bank. How about you? Which ones are you most excited for?

SO MANY AWESOME BOOKS come out EVERY month. And this month? TOO MANY. I don’t know what I’m going to do because I basically want to buy them all. It’s going to be hard, guys! Which ones are you most excited for?

Please note that this is clearly not ALL of the books coming out in October. Also note that sometimes release dates change and I don’t catch them!

League of Strays by L.B. Schulman – Amazon | Goodreads
I’ve heard pretty mixed things about League of Strays, but I really like the concept and I’m going to give it a shot anyway!

Magical Mayhem by Various – Amazon | Goodreads
I’m not usually a big anthology reader, but I love witchy things and I love a lot of the writers in Magical Mayhem, so I can’t wait!

Skinny by Donna Cooner – Amazon | Goodreads
I scored a copy of Skinny at BEA and I’m super excited to read it. I love books that tackle tough issues and Anna said it was really good, so I’m up for it!

Who I Kissed by Janet Gurtler – Amazon | Goodreads
I’ve only read one book by Janet Gurtler, but I really liked it. So I’m really excited to read Who I Kissed!

Winter White by Jen Calonita – Amazon | Goodreads
I totally did not expect to love Belles as much as I did, but I thought it was amazing! I can’t wait to get my hands on Winter White and continue the series. My full review of Belles is here.

Oh man, I love contemporary YA involving mysteries and secrets and grief. Can’t wait!

Ironskin looks freaking phenomenal, seriously.

Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger – Amazon | Goodreads
Shannon Messenger is amazing and I absolutely love middle grade!

I love Lauren Oliver. Her books are fab and middle grade is fab and I can’t wait to read both combined.

    I think my most anticipated are Touching the Surface and The Innocents. Crewel, Venom and Keeper of the Lost Cities are pretty high, though I have the ARCs of all so that’s doing a little better keeping me happy haha.
