Meant to Be by Lauren Morrill – Blog Tour & Giveaway
YOU GUYS. Lauren Morrill is here on my blog today answering a fun question as part of the Meant to Be blog tour! I’m so excited because she’s so nice and her book ROCKS – I reviewed earlier today :)
And I’m giving away a copy of Meant to Be – internationally! Keep reading for all the deets :)

Amazon | Goodreads | Author Website Meant to be or not meant to be . . . that is the question.
Author Twitter | My ReviewIt’s one thing to fall head over heels into a puddle of hazelnut coffee, and quite another to fall for the—gasp—wrong guy. Straight-A junior Julia may be accident prone, but she’s queen of following rules and being prepared. That’s why she keeps a pencil sharpener in her purse and a pocket Shakespeare in her, well, pocket. And that’s also why she’s chosen Mark Bixford, her childhood crush, as her MTB (“meant to be”).
But this spring break, Julia’s rules are about to get defenestrated (SAT word: to be thrown from a window) when she’s partnered with her personal nemesis, class-clown Jason, on a school trip to London. After one wild party, Julia starts receiving romantic texts . . . from an unknown number! Jason promises to help discover the identity of her mysterious new suitor if she agrees to break a few rules along the way. And thus begins a wild goose chase through London, leading Julia closer and closer to the biggest surprise of all: true love.
Because sometimes the things you least expect are the most meant to be.
Lauren Morrill, author of Meant to Be
Lauren Morrill is on my blog today answering this question – In Meant to Be, Julia dreams of traveling back in time and meeting Shakespeare. What author, alive or dead, do you dream of visiting?
Here’s what Lauren has to say – “I want to have dinner with JK Rowling, partially because Harry Potter is so freaking unbelievable, but also because she’s sassy and strong. I’d love to get her perspective on writing and on life.”
Not going to lie, JK Rowling is definitely in my top five of authors I want to meet as well!

There are just too many authors that I’d love to meet, so it’s hard to narrow this down. I’m going to have to go with Laini Taylor. Not only do I love DAUGHTER OF SMOKE & BONE (such a great book!), but after following her blog for some time now, I know that she’s just such a unique person. She’s so upbeat, colourful, and interesting. Plus, bonus points for having THE cutest little girl I think I’ve ever seen. :)
